Ruen Come In

Staff were so friendly, facilities were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast and laundry available on site. The room was very unique and grand.

I stayed a total of 6 nights in Ruen Come In with a friend and it has been by far the best hotel experience of my life. Starting by the beautiful, wooden, traditional house, to the delicious breakfast (with a variety of choises, full of details and made out of the goods grown in the property). The staff and hotel owners couldn’t been nicer, always ready to answere the questions you may have or the requests you did not even articulate yet. The whole place is inmaculated clean, all the time. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in 2) and very elegant. Beds are large and confortable and you will find many amenities for you to enjoy. The swimming pool and relaxing area are also a MUST (take a day off of your busy tours schedules to enjoy it). I believe they also have bicycles but we did not use them. Many thanks to the kitchen, reception, cleaning and gardening staff for all your efforts. This is a stay I will not forget.

As soon as we arrived at Ruen Come In we were greeted with a lovely homemade welcome drink and friendly faces. Throughout our stay the family owners couldn’t help us enough. They were exceptional from start to finish and it really felt like we were staying at a caring family home. Facilities were authentic and exactly as described. We really couldn’t rate our stay any higher and if we return to Chiang Mai we wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay here again.

This hotel is family-owned, the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The personalized breakfast is fantastic, mostly freshly picked from their own farm! It's situated a bit outside the bustling city, yet close enough to access restaurants, shopping, and massages. I appreciate the architecture, the room is very clean and cozy, plus point is it has a terrace that I can enjoy a relax morning with my coffee.
